Join us for 10 Days
This is the time to eliminate that which fogs clarity. Through writing/journaling prompts, mindful meditations, suggested eating, exercise, and sleeping habits and sharing circles/community support, these 10 days will give you the opportunity to set clear goals and create routines.
Organized around learning about the Chakras, each day will build on the previous. Focused on physical, mental and emotional health, you will receive daily emails containing the day's theme, Chakra discussion and information, animal medicine, questions to ponder, healthy recipes, meditation/guidance, how to detox for clarity and focus on gratitude. Opening and closing ceremonies, yoga classes, check-ins, accountability, and community support is all a part!By joining together with Kelliann Reginato, I'm happy to be co-creating community in this personal retreat. But, most importantly, we're reinforcing the purpose of our work! Help others be their best selves through yoga by focusing on personal evolution.
Go deeper learning about yourself and dedicate time to emerge with more direction in the New Year.
For this retreat we suggest you eliminate as many of these items as possible from your diet: refined sugar, alcohol, gluten, meat, dairy, TV, social media, news.

Throughout the years, my love for yoga has only continued to evolve. This practice has healed me in more ways than I can count, and changed me for the better. Yoga has become my sacred space; it is where I achieve balance and truth even in the midst of chaos.
Through my teaching, I aim to inspire others to create a sacred space for themselves that will provide the same sense of healing that I have experienced from simply committing to my yoga practice. I teach in a variety of styles including: Forrest Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Gentle, Restorative, Hatha/Bikram, and Children's Yoga.
